Scope and review

Supports selected layouts of text-based Chinese electronic invoice PDFs in CNY. Scans, OFD, multi-page, negative and overseas invoices are unsupported.

Click a field name to highlight its source on the original PDF. After reviewing, confirm invoices individually or in batches. The Excel summary lists excluded files and reasons when needed. Review details, including edits and source evidence, can be downloaded separately. This tool does not verify invoice authenticity or extract item lines.

Amounts exceeding Excel’s 15-digit numeric precision are kept as text. Missing values remain blank. Suspected duplicates are retained for review.
